For NoW filings, we don't allow saving a draft

  • Remove the Save draft button
  • Add a warning when click Cancel button and there are changes made
  • Remove unneeded codes for save/load draft

Note: When working on the Business Dashboard, remove handling the NoW draft

We will remove the "Save" and "Save and Resume Later" button.
What should the bottom buttons look like? How about keep consistent with AGM filing?

Sure, can we have the button say 'submit'?
I prefer if the button doesn't reference the 'fee' or the word 'file'
