Edit UI - Change company name error in Alterations - language update

Current State

Currently when the user makes the following business types changes we display a 'change company name' error

• Limited to ULC
• Limited to CCC
• Benefit to CCC
• ULC to Benefit
• ULC to Limited

Currently the error message is:

"To change to a {BC Community Contribution Company}, you must change the company name using an approved name request or change it to a numbered company."

Acceptance Criteria

• Update language to displays as:

  • "To change to a {BC Community Contribution Company}, you must change your company name. You can use your incorporation number as the company name or go to Name Request and choose “alter from one business type to another.”"

• The Name Request link (underlined blue text) goes to the Name Request page when it is selected

That means that it can say either BC Community Contribution Company or BC Unlimited Liability Company depending on the context of the error

Correction: it can also say BC Limited and BC Benefit Company I believe as well.
