Namex API: add codes for continued in business types

The following NR request type codes need to be added to Namex API:

• change name for legal type C - legacy code: CT
• change name for legal type CBEN - legacy code: BECT
• change name for legal type CCC - legacy code: CCCT
• change name for legal type CUL - legacy code: ULCT
• convert (alter) for legal type C → CBEN - legacy code?
• convert (alter) for legal type C → CCC - legacy code?
• convert (alter) for legal type C → CUL - legacy code?
• convert (alter) for legal type CBEN → C - legacy code?
• convert (alter) for legal type CUL → C - legacy code?
• convert (alter) for legal type CUL → CBEN - legacy code?
• restoration for legal type C - legacy code?
• restoration for legal type CBEN - legacy code?
• restoration for legal type CCC - legacy code?
• restoration for legal type CUL - legacy code?
• new (ie, amalgamation) for legal type C uses regular type CR to create a new BC Limited Company
• new (ie, amalgamation) for legal type CBEN uses regular type BC to create a new Benefit Company
• new (ie, amalgamation) for legal type CCC uses regular type CC to create a new Community Contribution Company
• new (ie, amalgamation) for legal type CCUL uses regular type UL to create a new Unlimited Liability Company
• move (ie, continuation in) for legal type C existing code CT
• move (ie, continuation in) for legal type CBEN existing code BECT
• move (ie, continuation in) for legal type CCC existing code CCCT
• move (ie, continuation in) for legal type CCUL existing code ULCT

Note that continued in businesses are otherwise the same as the regular business (ie, same description string).
