User Story A

As a person authorized to keep my company information up to date, I want to be able to invite a person to add themselves as a beneficial owner, so that the information added is as accurate as possible.

User Story B

As a person who has been asked to add themselves to the Company beneficial owner list, I want to be able to add my own beneficial owner information, so that I can comply with the law.

Acceptance Criteria

Background
GIVEN that I am a person authorized to keep my company information up to date in the Registry
AND I have entered the Name and Email of a person to be added as a beneficial owner to my company’s information

Scenario A: Send Request to Beneficial Owner
GIVEN the Background state
WHEN I click the button Send a Request
THEN an email is sent to the person to be added AND an item is added to my To Do list (Request to BO – Pending)

Scenario B: Accept the Request
GIVEN that I am the person who has been asked to add themselves to the Company beneficial owner list
AND Scenario A has completed successfully
WHEN I read the email and click the Accept link
THEN my default browser opens the Significant Individual Assessment form
AND an email is sent to the Company email indicating that I have accepted the request (note: but not yet completed it)
AND the item is on Company To Do list is updated to (Request to BO – Accepted)

Scenario B: Decline the Request
GIVEN that I am the person who has been asked to add themselves to the Company beneficial owner list
AND Scenario A has completed successfully
WHEN I read the email and click the Decline link
THEN an email is sent to the Company email indicating that I have declined the request
AND the item is on Company To Do list is updated to (Request to BO – Declined)

Discussion

Now that we have the BO here, should we not complete the verification process by asking for the BCSC or other form of verifications?

Closing as current legislation requires the company enters data. A request to SI's to enter data is not compliant.
