If `@boo` is parsed in a context in which only `@foo` is visible, the resulting `RepositoryName` object will show as follows in error messages: ``` @@[unknown repo 'boo' requested from @@ (did you mean 'foo'?)] ``` Closes bazelbuild#23184.
