2: Go to Apple Logo > System Settings > Keyboard > Input Sources > press edit button > press + button.
3: Search "Mongolian phonetic" and press add.

Phonetic keyboard layout which mapping closest Mongolian letters with English letters.
Example: “Minii Mongol hel soyol” when above typed “Миний Монгол хэл соёл” will be written.
Standard Mongolian keyboard layout is very hard to memorize and it get rid of necessity of letter stickers of keyboard.
