Support Configuration storage

We should have a mechanism to provide configuration rather than reading from the command line for all possible values. Apart from the existing command-line flags which are also relevant as configuration values, we should also allow project-wide configuration for the following:

• Registry base name (URL)
• Database image base image name (should be bitnami compatible so that our mechanism to load the SQL file works)
• Database default name/username/password
