Description of changes:
Adds an example for creating subsegments in asynchronous contexts. This is a common use case and important to document since it requires using a workaround.
NOTE: This SHOULD NOT be merged until aws/aws-xray-sdk-java#229 is merged because this example code references an API that is not-yet available.
