Add sample java app to access sql using krb auth

Description of changes:

1. Added sample Java application to connect to SQL using Kerberos ticket
2. Added a readme with instructions to setup the environment and test the java app

Testing done:

1. Tested in standalone mode on AL2023 instance
2. Used Java 11 and JDBC driver v12.8.1
3. Verified that the SQL query executes successfully
