Changed Autoware/ros/run from being dependent on gksu to using sudo #1918

Addressing https://github.com/CPFL/Autoware/issues/1917
by removing the use of gksudo to launch the process manager and substituting with reading the sudo password from the command line.

The change to sudo seems to work fine.

@kfunaoka gksudo has been deprecated in Ubuntu 18, replacing it with sudo should work in supporting ROS Melodic in the near future
