It might not be common, but it is valid, for instance if you buy the 3 zone kit:

https://www.draytoncontrols.co.uk/products/Smart-Heating/Wiser/wiser-thermostat-kit-3

it doesn't come with any TRVs.

Updated:  Added timeout setting to all requests

Fix for issue #1.  Only shows warning if room has no TRVs or RoomStats

this is now fixed, having a room with no TRVs no longer gives an error.
