Update to 0.7 and 1.0

This is an update of the project to julia 0.7.x and 1.0.x

Shearlab for julia 0.6.x

This version solved all the deprecations with julia 0.6.x, it also has temporarily disabled ArrayFire since it is not working properly in some systems.
