Add support to RP2040 on FirmwareUpdater

FW can be flashed using the modified sketch, FirmwareUpdater utility from https://github.com/arduino/FirmwareUpdater/releases/tag/0.1.2 and this commandline

./FirmwareUploader -model nina -firmware /path/to/NINA_W102.bin -port /dev/ttyPortName
