Improve calculation time while getting inputs

Description

The algorithm while processing the message %GetTransactionInputs is not efficient and takes long time, so the sender of the message fall in timeout.

This PR improve the algorithm

Type of change

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)

How Has This Been Tested?

Run the message with an account of 6500 inputs takes average of 10 seconds
With the update it takes few millisecond
