Show Cases in Epi Curve (Chapter 32) #148

At the top of Chapter 32 is a graph displaying all the cases in an outbreak. However, there is no code on the page describing how to get this output. Can this example code be added to the handbook? Thanks!

@aspina7 if you have this code snippet easily available to make case boxes (as below), can you post it here? I have received several requests for it and it would be useful to point folks to something.
