The Aixon Open APIs provide customers with access to import and update data to Appier Aixon Platform.

Using those Open APIs, you can query resources, import and export data.

The data you can import to AXION platform:

• Site category Data

  Site category data is the category mapping for your website data.

• Product and category mapping

  Product and category mapping data is the mapping table to associate product and category.

• CSV or JSON format containing your CRM data

  You can upload your customer data in CSV or JSON format to AXION platform to utilize AXION's prediction capabilities.

The data you can export from AXION platform:

• Customer insight data.
