The AIXON Open APIs provide clients with access to import and update data to Appier AIXON Platform. If you face any issue or challenge, please contact the account manager to provide support.

Using those Open APIs, you can query resources, import and export data. The data types are:

Site Category Data

Site Category data is the category mapping for your website data, for example the subsets of your website.

Product Category Data

Product Category data is the mapping table to associate product and product category.

Customer Data

Customer Data are from your CRM customer records. You can upload your customer data through API to AIXON platform, to utilize AIXON's prediction capabilities.

Customer Insight Data

You can retrieve your prediction result data through API to your CRM system, to enrich your customer data.
