Today, we have the ability to search using ^ and $ characters. As a user of Traffic Portal, it would also be useful to be able to negate search strings using !.

this is only actually fixed for the servers table of TP. not all of the other tables. reopening.

Per Jeremy's above comment, this is fixed by AG-Grid tables - there are separate issues for each non-grid table in TP to be updated to AG-Grid (e.g. #6504), so this issue can probably be closed. Note also that TPv2 only uses those grid tables.
