[SPARK-11592][SQL]flush spark-sql command line history to history file #9563

Currently, spark-sql would not flush command history when exiting.

Test build #45357 has finished for PR 9563 at commit 631a3d1.

  • This patch passes all tests.
  • This patch merges cleanly.
  • This patch adds no public classes.

How about adding a flush call after each reader.readLine call (there are only two occurrences)? I think this is more reliable than using a shutdown hook.

@liancheng I think we don't have to make this feature 100% reliable. Actually using shutdown hook is the standard way to enable jline.
