What changes were proposed in this pull request?

Remove deprecated functions which includes:
SQLContext/HiveContext stuff
sparkR.init
jsonFile
parquetFile
registerTempTable

How was this patch tested?

unit tests

Test build #62758 has finished for PR 14330 at commit 3162215.

  • This patch fails some tests.
  • This patch merges cleanly.
