This is also a proposal for issue management. Feedback is welcome - I'm going to merge this in a week to proceed with the migration (if there are no comments). |

There are five issue templates (forms) written in YAML and they look like:
Other fields/components (checkbox, dropdown, and so on) can be added if we'd like. |

I'd just commit this now. Improvements would come after switching to GitHub issues if it's needed. |
