Bug description

Quarkus upgraded SmallRye Fault Tolerance to 6.3.0 which contains some breaking API changes. Camel 4.5.0 is aligned with 6.2.x, thus unsurprisingly, there are some test failures.

I will upgrade & align Camel. Until then I'll disable the problem tests.
