Fix deferrable mode execution in WasbPrefixSensor #31411

WasbPrefixSensor current fails with below error when deferrable flag is set to True. This PR fixes this issue.

airflow.exceptions.AirflowException: __aexit__

Post this fix, the sensor executes as expected
