Added select_query to the templated fields in RedshiftToS3Operator

In this pull request I added select_query to the templated fields in the RedshiftToS3Operator as an enhancement to support use cases where the select query needs to be parameterized. An example of such use case where templated select_query would be useful is: select * from my_table where published_date = date ’{{ ds }}’.
