gmplugins

gmplugins provides some beautiful monitor plugins to improve your xfce4 panel in combination with xfce4-genmon-plugin package (it looks a bit like status bar from tiling window managers).

Prerequisites

1. Install xfce4-genmon-plugin package.
2. Download the fontawesome icon fonts of the 5 version and place them to the ~/.fonts or ~/.local/share/fonts directory.

Installation

To install the gmplugins package use this command:

pip3 install git+https://github.com/anzodev/gmplugins.git@master#egg=gmplugins

You can create a separate Python virtual environment for the gmplugins package. I think this is the preferred installation method (pay attention to pyenv or venv tools).
