Fix Clean-AntreaNetwork.ps1 invocation in Prepare-AntreaAgent.ps1

In "containerized OVS" mode, Clean-AntreaNetwork.ps1 should be invoked
with `-OVSRunMode "container"`.

Fixes antrea-io#5852
