The pool of txs on Namada bound for Ethereum must be validated by a vp. This vp should

  • Allow users to add their txs to the pool
  • Check the escrowing of fees payed into the pool
  • Protect its privileged storage from modification (the merkle tree and signed root)

Corresponding wasms for adding txs to the pool should be made.
