application builder: build output is not listing all the files in dist folder

Description

I have @angular/ssr installed (used ng add @angular/ssr) and when I do ng build the files in dist folder are not in the build output.

Minimal Reproduction

pnpm create @angular@next --standalone
ng add @angular/ssr
npx ng build
