This PR will allow multi-threaded runners for IMU preintegration and image processing. For this purpose,

ImageProcessor is converted into a BipedalLocomotion::System::Advanceable type
Adds IMUPreintegrator that wraps GTSAM's CombinedIMUFactor preIntegration into an BipedalLocomotion::System::Advanceable type
