#4.16.1

  • Fix anchor-buttons.js to trigger a native click event, also rename to
    shimLinksWithButtonRole to explain what it does
  • Add tests for shimLinksWithButtonRole (PR
    #310    )

If you've previously included the anchor-links.js (from 4.15.0) in your application, you'll need to rename this to shim-links-with-button-role.js.
