Add prototype getting started tutorial #229

Walk new users through creating a simple prototype, like we do in design training. What we currently have is more like reference documentation.

Suggested acceptance criteria:

  • Should follow on from installation guide.
  • Should be possible to use as a reference for in-person tutorial training.

Ideas:

  • Include 'extra credit' sections for each tutorial. Good for testing knowledge, and in training course for people who finish early.
