Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now pgagroal-cli doesn't output a result for the is-alive check, instead relying on its exit code to indicate the result.

Describe the solution you'd like
pgagroal should output a value. @jesperpedersen suggested doing this as a --verbose option.
