The english version uses : which should work here too.

I would prefer "Marcada para eliminar". "Pendiente de eliminar" might mean that it would be automatically deleted later.

Yeah, I also considered it, but Marcada sounds too literal and not completely right to me... What would you think of Seleccionada para eliminar (and seleccionadas in the next string)?

I have a similar feeling with "seleccionada" and that "Marcada" is a better translation to "Marked". But I guess any one would be the same, so choose the one you want and keep it consistent here and in the next string.
