@jasonsanjose actually the issue on jshint was closed as fixed see jshint/jshint#878 |

@WebsiteDeveloper right, but grunt-contrib-jshint hasn't updated their dependency yet. |

@WebsiteDeveloper accidentally removed a jshint flag that we need to keep due to #2957
Also, fixes broken unit test due to new behavior from #3032.
