File extension never dimmed if created via File > New #3679

  1. Right-click in the project tree or open the File menu, and choose New File
  2. Type a file name including extension; press Enter
  3. Switch to a different file

Result: file extension is still white, same color as rest of filename

Expected: file extension is dimmed, like all other files

Does not happen with Rename -- only New.

@jbalsas - fyi, when setting something to FBNC, please also assign it back to the original filer so it shows up on their bug list. Thanks!
