Bump Risky OSGi Dependencies

Bumping some dependencies. Tested them locally against 6.5 to ensure bundle and services start.

Also cleaned up the profiles and build workflows.

Also removed AEMaaCS Java8 build - Java 8 is not supported in AEMaaCS
