The documentation references that there is a OSGI config path to set the search.paths=["/path/to/rule/root"]
under the following PID: com.adobe.aem.modernize.component.impl.ComponentRewriteRuleServiceImpl; however, after installing the latest packages, this path is not found. The only OSGI config paths that I can find are:

• /apps/aem-modernize/osgiconfig/config.author/org.apache.sling.event.jobs.QueueConfiguration-aem-modernize.config
• /apps/aem-modernize/osgiconfig/config.author/org.apache.sling.jcr.repoinit.RepositoryInitializer-aem-modernize.config
• /apps/aem-modernize/osgiconfig/config.author/org.apache.sling.serviceusermapping.impl.ServiceUserMapperImpl.amended-aem-modernize.config

Please advise if I am missing something

I determined that my local AEM version was running Java 8 and I had downloaded package for Java 11. Once I downloaded the correct package, it started to function properly.
