Expected Behaviour

The manage extensions page on a course should display the available extensions in an alphabetical order and changes I make should be visible immediately.

Actual Behaviour

The extensions are not sorted in alphabetical order. When I uploaded a new extension to my tool and navigated back to the manage extensions page I had to refresh it before the new extension would show.
