2.0 Release for compatibility with CircuitPython 2.0

No functional change to this release, just a version bump to build a .mpy using the latest 2.0.0 CircuitPython codebase. Use this release for CircuitPython 2.0+ releases, and the previous release for older 1.0.0 and below releases.

Initial release

Initial release, note GS4_HMSB format, line, blit, scroll, and text functions are currently unimplemented. Only basic single bit and 16-bit formats with pixel, rect, fill, and fill_rect functions are implemented (more to come later).
