Maybe we should add a way to link to the last supported version instead of removing it completely. That could set us up for stopping support of more boards. |

Per a discussion with @bd34n, who runs https://www.bdmicro.com/, the VINA-D21 board is no longer supported and almost no boards are out in the world. Together we agreed the best thing is to remove it.
Making this draft for now because merging it before #9611 will cause merge conflicts. After this is merged I will remove it from circuitpython-org.
