I shouldn't have put that there.
SW resets now started sending the board to tinyuf2.
I am not sure what change prompted this behavior.

Pressing BOOT to enter safe mode works fine.

Some boards have an RC circuit on a spare pin as a hardware double-tap detector. But not all do.
