Medical Engine - Fix unit instakill on vehicle explosion #10542

When merged this pull request will:

  • Title, catastrophic vehicle explosions have same EH values as killing via End key (seems like that's just how it looks when the engine says something shouldn't be alive).

Bleeding or zero damage always seems to happen first and doesn't happen for the End key so good enough for me.

Actually tested the fix now (finally). Working.
