@paddybyers I had quite a few issues getting the authUrl tests to pass, different security problems with Firefox and Chrome.
Anyway, this PR addresses those, but as I am not entirely sure of the implications this may have on everything else I would like you to review before I merge and tag a new release.
PS. I set up our own simple echo server now as the 3rd party services were sending incompatible CORS headers.
