目標

在桌面尺寸，上方navbar會出現：
- logo
- 搜尋欄位
- 發表文章按鈕
- 使用者頭像，點了之後會打開會員dropdown
在行動尺寸，上方navbar會出現：
- 開啟左側選單按鈕
- logo
- 搜尋欄位
- 使用者頭像，點了之後會打開會員dropdown
左側選單裡面會出現：
- 討論板列表，沒有登入和註冊按鈕
會員dropdown裡面會出現：
- 發表文章 (行動尺寸才看得見)
- 個人頁面
- 我的收藏
- 瀏覽記錄
- 帳號設定
- 登出
