Input fields on metabox tabs have lost (part of) their styling. This includes at least: text inputs, list inputs (see news below), radio buttons and checkboxes.

This turned out to be caused by the Gutenberg plugin.

Just noting that the Gutenberg form controls styles will be likely used also for the WordPress admin, see https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/47150#comment:10
