Creating PR to run tests and explore failures.
Description
The existing implementation for wp_strip_all_tags() is susceptible to various HTML constructions that lead it astray. In this patch the code responsible for stripping tags is replaced with the HTML Tag Processor in order to avoid the defects trigged in these edge cases.
