What?
Hides metaboxes in Zoom Out mode.
Why?
An equivalent of this PR has already been backported to WP 6.7 (#66742). Considering the discussion that took place in #66718, this approach has been generally well received and it would make sense to apply a similar approach to the trunk branch.
