Inconsistency in Clear Overlay Color Option in featured-image block.

The overlay color dropdown for post featured images does not display a 'Clear' button, making it impossible for users to reset the selected color to its default state.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Add Featured Image Block.
2. Set a featured image.
3. Click on the 'Overlay Color' dropdown under 'Settings/Style' > 'Color' > 'Overlay
4. Observe that the 'Clear' button is missing.
