A demonstration of the replay capabilities of Kafka.

Starting up

• Use 'docker-compose up' to spin-up Kafka services
• Run using springboot:run
• Import postman collection from resources folder to start hitting endpoints

Viewing

Use 'localhost:9100' for Kafdrop view of the Kafka broker.
