First official release of the Brain 🎉🎉🎉

This is the first official release of the Brain! 😄🥳

The PCB has been manufactured in the 0.0.3 pre-release version and everything works as expected 😊 for the 1.0.0 release the only difference is that I have stepped up the version information on the PCB to 1.0.0

NOTE: This is a pre-release and have never been tested physically. First 1.0 release will be when the design has been manufactured, assembled and tested.
